Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information when ordering. Review the items, quantities, prices, shipping charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Returns and refunds

Pet product use

Choose products suitable for your pet’s size, age and play style. Follow product instructions, supervise play, inspect items regularly and stop using damaged products. Pet toys are not intended for children.

Please use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information.
